Telefónica Dining Facilities Refurbishment

Kardham Spain delivered the refurbishment and phased execution of Telefónica’s dining facilities in Madrid on behalf of Sodexo, covering a total area of 3,500 m²

The project was structured in three successive phases to ensure business continuity while maintaining the operational requirements of a high-occupancy corporate environment. Works included the transformation of the main dining room, the refurbishment of the kitchen production areas and the ongoing modernization of additional catering facilities.

A key aspect of the project was the coordination of multiple stakeholders, suppliers and operational teams within a live environment. Careful planning and phased delivery enabled construction activities to be carried out while minimizing disruption to daily operations.

Despite a demanding programme and significant resource constraints, Kardham Gabiteco successfully accelerated the delivery schedule, completing critical phases ahead of the original timeline without compromising quality, safety or operational performance.

Through its General Contractor approach, we provided construction management, coordination and execution services, ensuring efficient delivery, proactive problem-solving and full alignment with the client's operational objectives.
